Tasting Notes

Our Cabernet Sauvignon honors the rich ranching tradition and small-town rural charm of California winemaking with rich Notes of black cherry with a rich, balanced finish.

Pairs well with red meat dishes, ranging from beef short ribs to burgers. Roasted lamb or a good cheeseboard will always be a match for this fruity Cabernet.

Our Pinot Grigio has a crisp and zesty character with notes of juicy tropical fruits, white peach, and sweet orange blossom.

This wine is a great addition to pan-seared tilapia in a lemon & caper butter sauce as well as light pasta dishes in a seafood sauce.

Meet The Winemaker

Steven Decosta

Steven Decosta leads a team of talented young winemakers who focus on creating wines with character that come from premier appellations and fruit. Working to ensure the highest level of winemaking standards are met, he also oversees research and development and introduces new technology that’s implemented across the winery. Steven uses his foundation of chemistry and microbiology to create wines with a varietal focus of aromatics and flavors that consumers will enjoy. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Enology from California State Fresno. When Steven is not in the vineyard or production facility, you can find him traveling, cooking or reading philosophy.
